Hi, I’m Dallas Kidd, the owner of Under Pressure Property Services. I want to personally welcome you to the Under Pressure family. 


I am the general contractor working directly with you to ensure we achieve your home improvement goals and provide you with an outstanding remodeling or renovation experience that gives you the most value for your investment.

Shanelle and I started our home renovation company ten years ago to help fill a void that we saw in the Kansas metro area remodeling industry. We noticed that compassion and putting people first were missing from the customer experience, and we wanted to change that.

I am here to assist and facilitate your project when it comes to selecting materials. I will clearly communicate several fixture and hardware choices in order to eliminate the stress of shopping, which can be overwhelming at times.


My main goal is to make certain that all materials are purchased and delivered in a timely manner by working closely with you and your project manager. We help homeowners, investors, and property managers with all their renovation and remodeling needs.

I oversee the office operations and scheduling, as well as, provide custom interior designs for your project if you desire. As an experienced interior designer and home stager, I can create a functional layout and a custom deign package to achieve your desired dream room while meeting your investment expectations and staying within your planned budget.

Your design consultant reviews the scope of your home improvement project and your wishlist to provide professional design suggestions that meet your goals while staying within your budget, offering you a free estimate and personalized quote.

Once your project plan has been finalized and your quote approved, we set a schedule and order materials.

Get Things Done
