Bought a little place that hadn't been touched since the 60's or 70's. As you can imagine it was dirty, beat-up, and the floor plan made a small house feel even smaller. Got a few bids and decided to go with Under Pressure because Dallas, the owner, was as excited about the project as I was.
Honestly, the work they did was amazing and they did a lot of work - full kitchen remodel, two full bathrooms, carpet, paint (ext and interior), lights, blew out a wall and opened up the kitchen, etc., and I couldn't be happier. The place looks and feels like a new house.
Bonus - the entire team, everyone who worked on the place, was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Even my new neighbor said they were as polite and respectful as could be.
The work was priced fairly, completed in a timely manner, and done right. you can't ask for any more than that.
